Stumbled across this food truck at the Bayou City Arts Festival and thought the birria nachos sounded good so we gave them a try.The man who took my order was kind and funny and I thought the price of the nachos was very fair. The food here is absolutely amazing. I got to meet Eli, the owner, who's really down-to-earth and friendly. He took great care of me, ensuring I ordered just the right amount of food. It's totally worth all the buzz it's been getting.
