This place has always been great in both food and selection. The service is almost always great. Only bad thing is also a sign of how popular it is... a line, just to get into the building.Sadly, they announced that they are closing after 75 years. Their last day is March 31st. So, do yourself a favor go grab a bite before they close.
Great place to get some cajun and southern cooked food. Always a pleasure to stop by and get some great food. My personal favorite is the baked potatoes with spicy boudain and the jalapeno peppers. I would recommend giving this place a try.

This place is closed guys as of March 31, 2021. I'm deeply saddened but I'll get over it in due time. Lol. All the bomb reasonable spots closing in Houston. It's a sad time. Lol.
