This place is great. Seafood is right on. Staff is nice and courteous, beers are cold, and lemon, michelada mixes are on point. You won't regret coming in here to eat and socialize with your shipmates.Parking: Spacey, plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Bring kids or not, they aer always welcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchair.
Tried to go another day but was closing. We sat outside and the waitress was reluctant so we sat close to the door so she wouldn't have to walk a lot. We ordered bacon wrapped shrimp. It was so hot it did not taste good. Yes there were jalapenos but there were also seeds and we couldn't eat it and we sent it back. The waitress looked very suspicious. Been going to Benny's for years now and it's never a bad decision. Love sitting at the oyster bar and getting a dozen oysters with their michelada. Definitely can recommend the crawfish pirogue and their jalapeno smoked boudin.
