The burgers were delicious, the elote was a hit. One of our group said they could taste a spice in the Mac and cheese.
Chicano BBQ crew is slinging some good bbq! If you look at most of the negative reviews, it's because people drove for a while and maybe the service was slow (because the were busy or just starting) or the truck was closed. I'd call that growing pains of a new business, but nothing wrong with the food and the folks!
Really good bbq! Really fast service. Will definitely be back

Chicano BBQ crew is slinging some good bbq. The food is fantastic, with outstanding barbecue. The brisket is moist, tender, and has a very peppery bark. The ribs are falling off the bone. The big Texx burger, which is a double smash burger with a slice of brisket, caramelized onions, and barbecue sauce, is incredible. The Texas Twinkies are also available. The service is great, and the staff always makes sure everything is right. However, customers should know it is cash only, unless using cash app or Zelle. The restaurant is set up outside of a bar with plenty of seating, and the bar is family friendly. They do not sell plates or drinks. Parking can be horrible, and the wait may be long even though everything is already cooked. Some meat was observed not covered and protected from flies. Despite these issues, the food is top tier and the best BBQ some have had in their life.
