Whenever our robotics team is in Houston, we make sure to eat at this food truck. The food is amazing! Our whole team ate here one day this past April when we were in town and they did a fantastic job! If we make it back down here next year, we will be back for sure!!!!!

The food is a great bonus, with flavorful sirloin and tender bacon-wrapped chicken standing out. The Gaucho Fries are loaded with flavor, and the rice makes a perfect side to the meats. The plantains are also a highlight, cooked to a caramelized perfection. The full roasted pig is impressive, though the skin could be crispier.
