“I went during happy hour, they have some really good deals. Lamb chops, Fried mushrooms & Smoked Gouda Macaroni: 10/10❕Collard greens 6/10, Lemon drop 8/10🍋🍸. The food came out within 10 minutes & it was fresh 🤯 The bartenders weren’t as welcoming, they seemed to be annoyed to be there & like they didn’t want to be bothered, even the person beside me said the same. Definitely kind of threw off the vibe but I made the best of it laughing with the patrons beside me. The manager was personable & very friendly. I had an issue and she was right on top of it.“

“My husband and I have been loyal patrons of Goode Company Seafood for years and have always enjoyed our dining experiences. Shelley, our longtime waitress, has been an integral part of those visits. She was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, knowing exactly what we liked. We were saddened to learn that she was recently let go. While we don’t know the reasons behind this decision, her absence has certainly been felt, and our dining experience hasn’t been the same without her. We truly miss her and hope she may return someday, as she brought something special to every visit.“

“I live in Georgia and True food kitchen is my favorite restaurant in Houston. I’ll go every weekend if possible! Food is delicious, I would suggest ordering the ancient grains bowl. “Barnaby’s never has given me bad service. Every location, including this one. The food is amazing with large portions. I have never had any anything I never disliked even though 50% of the time when I go there, I always order lasagna because it’s like hands-down my favorite thing on the menu. Everything else I have there is delicious. The salads are huge and it’ll take days to eat them. I recently had the French dip which is another favorite item of mine. I had my birthday dinner there two days ago at the Fairview location and everything was perfect. The staff did an amazing job accommodating the amount of guests I had. I had around 18 people and they were able to accommodate it without even having a reservation and that’s really hard to find especially this time of the year during the holiday season. It’s really hard having a December birthday considering people are celebrating the holidays and most restaurants tend to be super busy than usual and I appreciate everything the restaurant did the night of my birthday. It couldn’t have been any better. Thank you guys for giving me such a good birthday experience with all of my friends being together. The staff is always incredible going above and beyond. The food is always very delicious and large portions. If I could give any recommendations, I would love for you guys to get more cake flavors. I think red velvet would be amazing for you guys. However, I really appreciate everything you all did. Thank you.“

“i was in Grace 1/22/2022 i had a party of 15 from the time we sat down the service was really bad mind you they made some really good money off my party but we was treated really bad the part that sticks out is one of my people paid for a drink that they did not have the manger told her i got your money already so there is nothing i can do about it you probably just paid for someone else drink so deal with it but they really had added an extra drink cuz everyone had paid for there drinks long story short i will not go there anymore“

“Treebeards is fantastic - I have been going for years, and the food is consistently very good (both quality and taste). The salads, main courses, sides and desserts are all great - a few of my favorites are the salads (with vinaigrette), the étouffée, the baked and the fried chicken, the chicken and sausage gumbo, the squash casserole, and the brownies!“

“The Pork Xiao Long Bao was great. The beef noodle soup was delicious, meat was a little fatty but part of how the broth gets a good flavor. The Dan Dan noodles were not as traditionally served (I'm told) but tasty. The pan-fried dumplings were not traditionally fried, they were on a layer of dough that was fried with the dumplings cooked into the dough- not as good as traditional pan-fried dumplings.
A good number of additional items on the menu for those more daring.
Service was highly attentive.
The ambience was open and nice.
I expect to be back to the Dough Zone.

“I have had some incredible chicken fried steak in my life. While this was not the best I've ever had, it was excellent and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I get the gravy on the side so it stays crispy. Breading was just right amount and just right seasoning.

My wife had the seared catfish and it was cooked perfectly. Not overcooked - it was moist and delicious. Definitely a great value.

The poblano soup was surprisingly good, and the green beans were excellent.

“Andddd, this is one of the best places for a traditional Vietnamese meal where you eat family style and share everything. This place had wonderful service, and the flavors of the food were authentic, just like how my mom makes it.

We ordered the Vietnamese hot and sour soup with shrimp (Canh chua), water spinach with garlic (rau muon), fish Claypot (ca kho), and a fried pancake (banh bot chien). I also ordered an iced black coffee.

Flavors were ver authentic. I recommend the soup and the fish for sure. All the dishes have a big portion so make sure you bring your leftovers home!
