“I went during happy hour, they have some really good deals. Lamb chops, Fried mushrooms & Smoked Gouda Macaroni: 10/10❕Collard greens 6/10, Lemon drop 8/10🍋🍸. The food came out within 10 minutes & it was fresh 🤯 The bartenders weren’t as welcoming, they seemed to be annoyed to be there & like they didn’t want to be bothered, even the person beside me said the same. Definitely kind of threw off the vibe but I made the best of it laughing with the patrons beside me. The manager was personable & very friendly. I had an issue and she was right on top of it.“

“My husband and I have been loyal patrons of Goode Company Seafood for years and have always enjoyed our dining experiences. Shelley, our longtime waitress, has been an integral part of those visits. She was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, knowing exactly what we liked. We were saddened to learn that she was recently let go. While we don’t know the reasons behind this decision, her absence has certainly been felt, and our dining experience hasn’t been the same without her. We truly miss her and hope she may return someday, as she brought something special to every visit.“

“I live in Georgia and True food kitchen is my favorite restaurant in Houston. I’ll go every weekend if possible! Food is delicious, I would suggest ordering the ancient grains bowl. “Came for late lunch. The service was average but I gave an extra star only because I think the owner (not our server) came to us several times to ask if we needed anything. We ordered regular eggrolls but they ran out and the (owner) came to our table to offer us crab eggrolls which he said costs more but he would replace with at no extra charge. The Bun Cha Ha Noi, their signature dish is a must try. Very flavorful. The pho was surprisingly delicious. I've eaten pho at many places and would rank this among my top 10. The beef slices were so tender and fresh and the meat balls same. Next thing I know I finished the whole soup. They have a variety of menu options to choose from to fit many different tastes. There's also dessert (Che) or take out dishes to choose as well. We came around 1:30 and their che desserts were almost gone. Pretty popular. One thing I want to add is the menu name was different from the sign outside or on google. It says Hanoi Quan instead of Xoi Che Houston so not sure if they are in process to change names?“

“Barnaby’s never has given me bad service. Every location, including this one. The food is amazing with large portions. I have never had any anything I never disliked even though 50% of the time when I go there, I always order lasagna because it’s like hands-down my favorite thing on the menu. Everything else I have there is delicious. The salads are huge and it’ll take days to eat them. I recently had the French dip which is another favorite item of mine. I had my birthday dinner there two days ago at the Fairview location and everything was perfect. The staff did an amazing job accommodating the amount of guests I had. I had around 18 people and they were able to accommodate it without even having a reservation and that’s really hard to find especially this time of the year during the holiday season. It’s really hard having a December birthday considering people are celebrating the holidays and most restaurants tend to be super busy than usual and I appreciate everything the restaurant did the night of my birthday. It couldn’t have been any better. Thank you guys for giving me such a good birthday experience with all of my friends being together. The staff is always incredible going above and beyond. The food is always very delicious and large portions. If I could give any recommendations, I would love for you guys to get more cake flavors. I think red velvet would be amazing for you guys. However, I really appreciate everything you all did. Thank you.“

“i was in Grace 1/22/2022 i had a party of 15 from the time we sat down the service was really bad mind you they made some really good money off my party but we was treated really bad the part that sticks out is one of my people paid for a drink that they did not have the manger told her i got your money already so there is nothing i can do about it you probably just paid for someone else drink so deal with it but they really had added an extra drink cuz everyone had paid for there drinks long story short i will not go there anymore“

“Pretty good burgers, and the fries were really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly done. I would definitely stop here again for a meal before a movie at the theater next door, much better than the similar food type alternative of Buffalo Wild Wings, which is always just meh.“

“Treebeards is fantastic - I have been going for years, and the food is consistently very good (both quality and taste). The salads, main courses, sides and desserts are all great - a few of my favorites are the salads (with vinaigrette), the étouffée, the baked and the fried chicken, the chicken and sausage gumbo, the squash casserole, and the brownies!“

“Really good Chicken Fried Steak - served with nicely seasoned green beans and some awesome potatoes - - I’m guessing they were German style mashed potatoes. It’s an “order-at-the-counter” place, but they deliver your plate to your table. Several of the dishes that we saw come out of the kitchen looked really good - - so I know we’re going back for more!
Restroom was clean and fresh.
There was a steady flow of customers coming in and out, which is an indicator of a good spot for food!“

“The Pork Xiao Long Bao was great. The beef noodle soup was delicious, meat was a little fatty but part of how the broth gets a good flavor. The Dan Dan noodles were not as traditionally served (I'm told) but tasty. The pan-fried dumplings were not traditionally fried, they were on a layer of dough that was fried with the dumplings cooked into the dough- not as good as traditional pan-fried dumplings.
A good number of additional items on the menu for those more daring.
Service was highly attentive.
The ambience was open and nice.
I expect to be back to the Dough Zone.

Yes, food is not top notch cuisine, but you can feed yourself more than decently for 12-13$, with way better food than any fast food chain around, and you’re on campus. Some more power plugs would allow more laptop charging“

“I come here when I'm craving home cooking. They do authentic Vietnamese cuisine so well, just like my mom's. Not your typical pho shop some come here if you want to try other Vietnamese dishes. My favorite is the Thịt Ba Chỉ Kho Tộ and Canh Chua Tôm.“
