Dejla Pastry offers a variety of authentic Iraqi dishes, including Lahmacun with egg and Quzi (lamb and rice), which are delicious and satisfying. The restaurant is known for its tender lamb stew, Quzi, served with rice, vegetables, and freshly baked bread. The chicken shawarma and Iraqi kabobs are also popular, with many customers praising their flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything comes out perfectly, although they may be busy during peak hours. The atmosphere is cozy, making it suitable for families with young children. While the menu could benefit from more detailed descriptions of the dishes, the food is flavorful and worth trying. Some customers have suggested that adding sauces to the meals or offering dipping sauces for items like Samosas could enhance the experience. Overall, Dejla Pastry is a great option for those looking for a taste of Iraqi cuisine in a welcoming environment.
