I think this place is phenomenal With plenty of room to enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend or a party of friends. It’s quiet and has a very relaxing aura.
I think this concept is actually so incredible and there’s no better combo than Pilates and coffee, and my instructor was extremely nice and encouraging. However, this should not be labeled as Pilates. There was no traditional Pilates moves in this class, and the entire class was spent standing on the reformer which is dangerous and takes away from having proper form when you’re trying not to fall, and could easily be done to achieve the same results while laying on the reformer...read full review
Loved the coffee and the place. Nice vibes if you wanted to chat or work. Also you can take the coffee to go.
