Good drinks with simple yet tasty food and overall great place to hang out
The annual PappyFest is AWESOME!
We went in for steak night on a Thursday and it was decent. The steak lacked a bit of flavor but the elote salad was surprisingly good! Service is hit or miss as we have visited on different nights and get inconsistent service..sometimes its great, ans other times its ok... Margaritas are good and so are the frozen. Overall, its a cool neighborhood bar with decent bites. I recommend the chips and queso & the tacos!

Eight Row Flint East is a great spot in the heart of the East End. The food, drinks, and service are always on point. Best barbacoa tacos and elote, and the chicharrones were excellent. The Mexican martini is on point, and an old fashioned was perfect. The atmosphere is a phenomenal vibe with killer music, including dope mixes from DJ Squincy Jones and iPod Ammo. The rooftop patio and well maintained pool table are not to be missed. The service is excellent, with attentive and talented employees. The spot is kid friendly during the day and good doggos are always welcome. There is a constant rotation of specials and events, like Second Saturdays for VIVA EAST Hot Rod Happy Hour. The location is convenient, right across from the Metro Rail. Limited parking in the lot but some free street parking. Avoid the guac.
