El Merendero Restaurant provides excellent customer service. The place looks nice and the food is good. Customers can order pupusas and breakfast plates with grilled meat. The restaurant serves coffee, but the coffee machine was broken at one point, so it had to be brewed manually. Some customers have had positive experiences, enjoying their pupusas and receiving kind service from the staff. However, others have been disappointed with their orders, such as burned meat and unexpected charges for water. Despite this, the staff, including the server, are often very kind, attentive, and friendly.
