Discovered this food truck after I left #'s. I was starving & the valet suggested I cross the street & eat here. I ordered 2 tacos al pastor. DELICIOUS!!! I don't go out much, but I've been dreaming of cemitas. I'm definitely stopping by next week!
These guys are the BEST! Food is excellent. Period.

El Palomo Food Truck is an amazing hidden gem that hits the Mexican craving with every bite. The owners/staff are very kind, making it a pleasant experience. The Quesadilla and Gringa are must-try items, served with salsa, salsa Verde, and sour cream. The Gringa, similar to the quesadilla but with avocado, is highly recommended. Despite the small parking lot, there are nearby stores and parking lots for easy access. The food is so good that even reheating it doesn't ruin the flavor, making it a great choice for a delicious meal.
