Yummy fresh not overcooked crawfish!
The best crawfish in Houston. Bold statement, but try them then tell me I'm wrong. My food hack is 2 lbs of crawfish and an order of fried rice. Eat the tails and let the heads sit on the rice for all that yummy juice to work it's way into the rice. You're welcome in advance.
