We live near by and go when we are in the mood for pie (2-3 times a year). I love that you can buy by the slice and we usually get a few different kinds. We have tried several different kinds and they are all fine.. just fine, not the best I have had. Strawberry may be my favorite of what I've tried. Its fresh strawberries. So, for this review, I need you to know that my mother passed away this year. She has been gone for about 6 months. This pecan pie almost brought a tear to my eye! My mother used to make pecan pie just for me during the holidays, and the recipe was tailored to my liking.
