Not sure why their score is so low but it wasn't bad. The service was good..the young lady that took my order was very helpful. I got the green smoothie. It's very sweet so not sure how much kale and spinach is actually in it.
I thought I'd give this place a try for some healthy airport food. I wish I had read the reviews before I did.Pretzel was stale, undercooked, very little seasoning.Rice bowl was cold, lacked any chicken and flavourless. Only topped up with way too much sauce.

Staff were fine, but the bowl is legit just açaí flavored water. It has no hold and is a very watery consistency. It’s sad because it’s the only healthy smoothie option at the air port. Wouldn’t recommend.
