This by far is my favorite Golden Chick! O and Rina are great! They make the perfect team and her sweet tea is the best!! I stop there at least 2/3 times a week just for the tea! Customer service is always great every time i visit that place!! Keep up the good work!! The food is also very fresh and taste great!!
Extremely slow service. I placed a mobile order around 5:40 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 6:02 PM. I arrived at 6:05 PM, and my order wasn't ready. I didn't receive my food until 6:30 PM—about 25 minutes after I arrived and nearly 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If mobile orders are running behind, it would be helpful to communicate that to customers instead of leaving them wondering.
