The staff is amazing. Never had such young customer service associates actually provide exceptional customer service. And the drive-thru associate, Noonie, she's a true asset to Golden Chick! She has such a sweet personality and handles that drive thru with true grit and grace! Thank you Noonie! I was there on Monday evening. Receipt DT415
Good customer service
First time at this location, nothing bad to say really. They got 4 stars on food due to portion size. I ordered a 3pcs half/half and the thigh was very small compared to similar food spots. The young lady was very nice and polite and the food was exceptionally hot. Would visit again if no further decline.

Golden Chick offers great food, featuring delicious and flavorful chicken, along with tasty chicken salad and rolls. The staff is very friendly and respectful, providing exceptional service. Customers often praise the chicken as tender and well-crusted, with some mentioning that it is better than other popular chicken places. The restaurant is known for its fresh chicken and delicious sides, including the amazing crushed ice. The drive-thru associate is appreciated for her sweet personality and ability to handle orders with grace. Prices remain very reasonable, and the dining area is clean and well-maintained, although parking can sometimes be challenging due to the location in a gas station. Customers enjoy the quick service and look forward to returning, especially for the chicken salad, which many would love to try again. While the food is consistently excellent, some reviews suggest that restrooms could use more attention to improve the overall experience.
