Hong Kong Food Market Reviews
good selection. fresh pork tenderloin and duck. I ain't gonna lie. these people will not spend thousands a year on fly killers. so be ready to see some flies. furthermore, learn some very basic vietnamese like your product name and hi, bye, and thank you, and be assertive or you will be ignored. be nice though and keep your voice upbeat
great lobsters.....i like the coffee candy from Thailand and the variety of dried and fresh mushrooms..... good priced frog legs and quail.. the duck is always sold in hearty portions ...
i like to get my pork for tamales and bbq there also....I'm a foodie
Way better than the rest of the Hong Kong Market in the Houston area, except Bellaire.

Hong Kong Food Market is a wonderful place to shop and experience Asian culture. The market offers an extensive selection of seafood, including live, fresh, and frozen options, as well as hard-to-find items like live scallops. It is a huge place, comparable to a Costco, featuring beautiful fruits and vegetables, fresh meat, and produce. The store also includes a variety of Asian tableware and kitchen items. Customers can find new sauces, noodles, and snacks, making it a great option for unique ingredients. Additionally, visitors can enjoy delicious ginger tea and lemon tea, as well as a hot food section with prepared food items like the highly recommended bbq banh mi sandwich. The market is very clean and well sanitized, with a cool laid-back vibe. Service is excellent, with polite and helpful staff. Please note that the market's hours of operation may vary, currently closing at 8:40 pm.
