mostly incompetent but at least I paid $52 for 2 meats, 2 sides and a beer. avoid if you can but desperation and hunger make for poor decisions. go where you know it stinks but $30 cheaper. you do you.
People love to joke and complain about how bad airport and airplane food are. However, I just had the best wings of my life here. The wings were so crispy and flavorful and they came out piping hot. I also had the fries and a couple drinks and everything was fantastic. I'm going to make it a point to come here before every flight out of Houston, even if it's at a different terminal. Lastly the service was fantastic, everyone was very attentive and pleasant.

Slow service. No one was ahead of me. I ordered brisket, no toast and two sides. They finished my order and left it on the counter until they toasted and finished the order placed 10 minutes after mine. I waited 17 minutes for an order that takes 2 minutes to fill. It seems they wait for some orders to stack up so they can carry 3 or 4 over at once instead of walking the 5 feet and giving us the order when it's ready. Either it's the way they're trained or it's pure laziness....read full review
