This is the Chinese food stall at the Galleria mall, FYI. I'm not going to hold them to a super high standard or anything because it's the mall food court but honestly, I'm quite satisfied with Ichiban. It's cheap, fast, and quite tasty. They also always have free samples so you know what you're getting. If they're not offering the item you were interested in -- just ask them, I'm sure they'll let you try whatever you want. I was supposed to be charged 1199 for my plates. Instead the guy charged me 1399 because that's the highest plate they have. I got walnut shrimp it tasted like mayonnaise to shrimp. The egg roll was cold in the middle. The shrimp fried rice had no flavor and I had to pay an extra dollar 99 for that too.

Dined here for the first time this past weekend. Got the walnut shrimp (which is an extra charge) and bourbon chicken along with fried rice. The flavor of the food was pretty bad. The walnut shrimp had a sour, creamy taste to it...definitely not what I expected, had to toss it. The bourbon chicken was pretty flavorless...had no depth.
