Although the air conditioning struggled due to weather, the excellent menu and attentive service made up for it. The chef's tasting menu is thoughtful and well-priced, with standout dishes like Aguachile and beef tartare. While some dishes can be quite spicy, they are delicious and innovative. The cocktails, especially the scarlet letter, are unique and worth trying. Although the wait for the tasting menu can be long, the overall experience remains exceptional.
The ambiance is lively, and although it can get a little loud, guests can still enjoy a sense of privacy, especially in cozy seating areas. Friendly and knowledgeable service, including thoughtful gestures like signed cards for special occasions, enhances the experience.
