John's Birria Taco is a food truck inside a gated area on Westheimer next to Yummys chicken. The three beef birria tacos are very flavorful, just enough cheese, crispy taco with a great consommé, made to order in 10 mins. Some of the most flavorful and fresh tasting birria tacos around, the food was hot and delicious. The customer service was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They are open late till 4 am Wed thru Sat, open till midnight Sun-Tues. Only complaint is they are pricey for the amount you get.
