Lupe Tortilla is, has been, and always will be Lupe Tortilla. Noisy, hectic, messy, packed, but consistent and failry good quality and value for the price.

The lobster tail added to fajitas is a nice option with a good char. The green chicken enchiladas are the best ever had. The atmosphere is great, and staff provide steady drink and chip refills without asking. Hat-lamps hanging from the ceiling are a nice touch.
