Mary’z has been my favorite in Houston for Lebanese food. It is the closest thing I have found to what my Tita made. I went to the Richmond location today and ordered the grapeleaves, cabbage rolls, cucumbers with laban, fried kibbe, and ashta with bananas. The kibbe, as per the menu and in authentic form, is made with pine nuts inside. Well, there were no pine nuts, but instead there were almond slivers. I asked the waitress about it and she told ME to ask the “chief”....read full review
