Great people but there is a guy is not helpful refused to open the door to use the restroom and Burger king did ..
Customer service training is needed badly.The only person is great is the lady that is at the first drive thru window in the mornings, she is awesome. I just waited 14 mins for my curside order before I went inside to get it . The manager just looked at me and said something in Spanish to the front counter lady and just walked away like my order wasn't important. I wish they wore name tags so I could mention her name .
