I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's. It seems like their order handling leaves a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions, I've received incomplete orders, missing items as significant as a McMuffin or as trivial as sauce packets. It's frustrating to consistently encounter these issues when I visit their establishment.
I have only been to that location once. I don't know if they were short handed or just they just went thru a busy shift when I got there. But the tables were sticky, restroom needed a visit from staff. And there A/C needed a tune up because it was warm in the lobby. As for the food, it was good like always.
