We ordered the salted lemon cane juice (nước mía chanh muối).
Traditionally salted lemon is lemons “pickled” or preserved in a salt brine solution and then the juice and/or pulp is used to make the drink.
Not here.
It was a squeeze of one wedge of fresh lemon and a half a teaspoon of salt. And then the cold pressed cane juice is poured in. They might as well have used a syrup rather than this “fresh” concoction. I’m wondering if the person...read full review
