Found Norah's based on nearby location search, didn't want an expensive steak restaurant, and wanted something different.

I like having a new restaurant in the area. This was my first time to try it. I was not overly impressed.
First - The server asked in Spanish if we spoke Spanish in order to explain the menu. The server did very well during the meal but was hard to hear as she was very soft spoken and the music was turned up so loud.
