Happened upon this running errands great find. Fresh pan dulces. Great flavors. Attentive friendly service in strip Centre ample parking. Bolillos not the only worthy pandering in town a first choice no long queue
I 100% love Tierra Caliente Panaderia. This bakery offers a variety of central American baked goods, and when I say variety I am talking about racks and racks of options with treats whose names I don't recognize but that look oh so good. Lately I've been stopping by every weekend to pick up some bolillos to use to make sandwiches for lunch for the early part of the coming week, and also to just try some random treats. Although they have the same name, the bread does not taste the same. The one with the beechnut & 8 is definitely better. I always buy from the one with the beechnut but I'm passing through this one and the bread doesn't taste the same as the one there ?.
