Slow service, waited 10 minutes when it was very slow. Also I paid for extra avocado, not sure if this is the norm or I just got robbed of $1.3. Where are the ladies that made it for me last time, friendly and fast ?
They seriously need to replace the ice machine or the whole beverage machine since they won’t get it fixed, or next time just BYOI. It’s been broken for months. Other than that it’s okay.

This Panera is not being managed according to Panera standards. The last 5 times I have been here, there is always an issue. This time, there was no ice for the drinks. The restaurant looked dirty, and the employees seemed uninterested in addressing the problems.
