My friend and I went in there last year, and the guy working there, said you need a mask to come in. Well we walked out and we have no desire to ever return, it just wasn't the mask thing, it was his voice and the way he said it, he seems to be a very angry or bitter person. We just stared going to the one in Willowbrook, what a contrast in attitudes, the folks at the Willowbrook location, are just wonderful.
We (2 people) arrived approx 8:30 so it is possible that it was near closing time. But the place had 3 workers but only 1 worker helped people and the other 2 appeared to be stocking cones and other stuff. When we walked in there was a couple ordering and after we walked in 4-6 more people walked in...it wasn't until after we were helped that the other workers stepped in to take orders.
