“First time going to papa John, all I can say it’s best costumer service I have ever received, everybody was so nice and greeted me coming in,I order a stuffed crust pizza,really nice crust and really cheesy,I loved it,I’m definitely coming back for another one.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because everybody was so friendly, clean, organized. I came to try out the new NY pizza but this is not NY pizza Papa John's! This is way too greasy and soggy. Bread is not thin or crunchy how it should be. I suggest to learn how to make NY pizza and show employees how to do it because now I kno I'm never getting NY pizza from papa John ever again!“

“9/5/23 we have been ordering pizzas at this location for years. I just picked up an extra large Cheese pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese I have to say that it was excellent. It had plenty of cheese and just the right amount of sauce.Five stars for Papa Johns Pizza on Tomball Parkway. ??♥️“

It was challenging and frustrating that the Team member was not trained in redeeming and electronic gift card; however, they did honor our suggestion to call upper management for assistance. The pizza was hot, beautifully prepared, and relatively quick. I've previously experienced better flavor in their pizza and was a bit disappointed with this one. Additionally, the dough underneath the sauce (in the middle) was a bit undercooked. It may have been a bad day, but we may visit again.“

“This Papa John's pizza took me 2 hours to get, but it was worth ever minute. Papa John's was having a promotion for a fallen officer, and the amount of orders was extremely overwhelming. The manager and his teammates handled this crazy situation with amazing effort an dedication to there job. Orders were literary coming in by the second. Phone orders, online orders, and walk ins we over loading their system. Not once did one employee break focus. Delivery drivers were flying in and out the doors. Dough, cheese, and pizza sauces were flying around, like a pizza war zone. With all the chaos ever employee knew exactly what was going on, and what needed to be done. The line was out the door, customers were angry, phones were ringing, but not one person on this staff lost their composure. Not only was this 2 hour pizza made for a good cause, but it was made by an amazing team of Papa John's employees. John schnatter I'm not sure what you pay these people at the Papa John's on Jones road but they need a bonus or a raise or something to compensate for there hard work and effort.“

“We decided to jump on the astro 50% off special today by doing carryout. The order was ready on time and I actually was greeted by Julie. She was very nice and I asked her if she made our pizzas because they were exactly as ordered. She said, yes! This was our first time here and honestly from the reviews, you may need to do carryout because we didn't have any issues on our order by choosing that option. Also, it was 3pm when we ordered today!“

“I placed an order Online a while back right before the store closed. The employees were friendly and stayed after closing to finish up my order. Unfortunately one of the orders was wrong and I had to call back the next day. I talked to one of the managers and explained the situation and told me she would give me credit for a new pizza. It took a few days but the manager did fix my issue and I am more than happy with the service. They might have been a bit understaffed at the time but accomplish the tasks better than most other restaurants in that same situation. So thank you Kimberly the manager who fixed my issue in the end. Aside from one of the orders being wrong. I order a meat lovers and supreme pizza. Both were made fresh and tasty really good. “I order frequently at this location because it is 5 minutes from my house, I even have the application on my phone, it is literally fast, I order it, and when I get in my car and it arrives it is ready or I have to wait a couple of minutes, I love the flavor and the price, it has some very good specials when you order it from the application, I like to stop by because it takes me very little time and it gives me space to stop by for some drinks at the gas station“

“Maybe i got lucky but i had a great experience. I ordered a Medium Pepperoni pizza w extra pep and a 6pc buffalo wing. I called to make sure my address was correct and the girl was helpful.
It's not the prettiest pizza but i orderded late. the pizza came hot, with extra pep, and the driver was very friendly. The wings are actually good sized with meat, not fat.
Im definitely not disappointed and im enjoying my meal.“

“This was a very great experience. I’m new to the area and there are 2 locations in my vicinity. The other has very poor ratings so I decided to go with this location for “pick-up”. The customer service was superb. They all greeted me upon entry. The lobby and behind the counter was very clean. The pizza was fresh, hot, and made exactly as I ordered it!
