“This Papa John's on 4004 Broadway is fabulous!! I order on UberEats to this location and the General Manager is named Crystal. Let me be emphatic when I say she is absolutely wonderful!! She really cares about the customers and she makes my pizza every time.

I called the store and spoke to her and told her my requests. She was super friendly and accommodating to me. And she always is. The pizza I order is always delicious and fresh and tastes great. I highly recommend this Papa John's for your pizza and food.“

“First time going to papa John, all I can say it’s best costumer service I have ever received, everybody was so nice and greeted me coming in,I order a stuffed crust pizza,really nice crust and really cheesy,I loved it,I’m definitely coming back for another one.“

“So often do I forget to ask for the little extras like ketchup and napkins. And normally the employees don't bother to remind you. Each pizza comes with a yellow 🌶️ and a garlic dipping. You can have your pizza cut in triangles, squares, and clean which I don't know what they mean by clean cut.“

“This place gets a bad rep but every time I order here they show the utmost courtesy and respect. I made a mistake ordering online and when i called and explained to them they even fixed the pizza NEW AND FRESH for no extra charge. Ive never had a bad experience“

“The best quality fast food delivery pizza chain hands down. If you want pizza in quick, papa John’s has the “cleanest” ingredients and tasted way better than other pizza chains. Delivery drivers are always nice and professional.

“I have zero problems with Papa John's actually love going here. I do however find it very distasteful about the people sitting on the corner drinking all day along with a homeless guy bringing nothing but trash over by here. Not sure what you need to do but you need to do something to get them people off The corner and offer them by your dumpster where that guy is bringing all of the trash.“

“I came to this location for an after service order right before they were closing. I made a mistake on the order and forgot to make the change, so when I picked up the pizza I asked if you could be remade. There was only one lady working there and not only did she take her time to remake my order with care, she worked all the other orders and even tried to finish orders that were coming in last minute right before closing. What made me want to write this review is that people are not always recognized for the hard work that they do and the sacrifices that they make even if it's a job and I'm so mad I didn't get this lady's name but she did not have to be so kind. I hope that she is recognized and to add that pizza was so fresh it was a great way to start off the year!“

“Maybe i got lucky but i had a great experience. I ordered a Medium Pepperoni pizza w extra pep and a 6pc buffalo wing. I called to make sure my address was correct and the girl was helpful.
It's not the prettiest pizza but i orderded late. the pizza came hot, with extra pep, and the driver was very friendly. The wings are actually good sized with meat, not fat.
Im definitely not disappointed and im enjoying my meal.“

“It started off with the $8.99 carry out price. I added 16 bone in wings with a two liter and the total came out to $39.40. The food was great, but I still don’t how the price jumped that high for wings. I’m staring at the receipt as you’re reading this.“

“Ordered a pizza from this location tonight (07/02/2025), and put in a $0 tip through the site because I had cash. Well, the driver showed up, looking pissed off. Didn’t say a word, just handed me my pizza and walked off before I could even hand him the tip. Not a hi, hello, nothing. I was not willing to chase him down just to hand him some cash though, so he never got a tip. The pizza was good though.“

“I haven’t had Papa John’s in about five months since moving to Houston from New York City, and I have to say—this location really impressed me. The pizza was hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty.

I placed my order over the phone, and when I arrived, it was already ready for pickup. The cashier asked for my name, grabbed my order right away, and made checkout quick and easy. She also asked if I wanted Parmesan and red pepper flakes on the side, which I appreciated. Another gentleman wearing eyeglasses immediately stepped in to help and made sure everything was included.

They even added extra garlic sauce—one of my favorite dipping sauces at Papa John’s—which was creamy and delicious. The teamwork here really stood out, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.

Excellent service, great food, and a hot, well-prepared pizza. I hope Papa John’s takes great care of this wonderful team.“

“I give a 4 star only because Jordan and John, if it wasn’t for them it’ll be a 1 star, I ordered a pizza to be delivered through the app and there was a major inconvenience for me and a technical issue on their end, long story short these two guys heard me out when I had to actually come in to get my pizza and were very accommodating, great job guys on your customer service. Papa Johns needs to get more innovative and stop being so outdated so that the customers can be convenienced and the employees can do their job more efficiently. I gave grace because sometimes it’s not the workers it’s the company.“

“PLEAASEEEEEEE give the crew of 11/22 around 8-9:30pm the recognition they deserve !!!! We were attending a quince nearby and ran out of food. I had to place an order of 50 PIZZAS!!!! 25 pepperoni and 25 cheese. I lost my receipt in the chaos of last night so i can’t fill out the survey 🥲 The pizzas were ready in the given ETA and the people that we sent to pick up the pizzas said the people were very friendly and more than happy to have made that order happen. Very pleased with last nights experience and NOT A SINGLE SLICE WAS LEFT!! I got to see every box while serving the guest and every single pizza was consist and nothing was overlooked. “This was my first time trying this location since December last year, as last time I tried this location my order was completely wrong. I decided to order a pizza to be delivered last night and I was very satisfied and noticed significant improvements. I ordered directly through their app to pay cash and it was here within 30 minutes of me ordering 👍🏻 Pizza was hot and had all the correct ingredients. Only negative was the breadsticks as they were misshapen and a little too greasy for me. However the good pizza made up for this in the most part. Overall (4/5) I was very happy to have a good pizza and have it delivered in a timely manner, but the breadsticks were a bit of a letdown.“

However, the food came extremely fast, they gave an hour estimate and it was at our door within 30 minutes. The pizza was good; exactly what you’d expect from papa John’s. Overall good experience.“
