The short hispanic lady who works here is the best! She makes the best pizza in the area hands down and has great customer service. Also every time I come it's always super clean. If she owned her own pizza shop I would come there every weekend! 10 / 10 experience.
Erica went above and beyond to help out today. She knew I was ordering pizzas for a school event and she made sure we were on track based on time. Thank you . Customer service is what drives any industry but empathy is what grows any business. Thank you Erica.
This location in Webster is the best Pappa John's location. Food always hot and fresh and cooked to perfection

Papa Johns Pizza is a delightful experience. The staff, including a friendly server with a short hair cut and glasses, provide excellent service. The food is hot and fresh, with attention to detail in the preparation. The pizzas are made with care, and the vegetarian options are a highlight, with baked veggies adding flavor and texture. The boneless wings are a popular choice, although some may not be fully sauced. Overall, Papa Johns Pizza offers great food and service, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal.
