I ordered over 2 hours ago. It was supposed to be an hour for delivery. I got a text message saying it was out for delivery and at the same time they called me and said that they didn’t have the dinner box pizza boxes so they offered me large pizzas instead. Another hour later and I still haven’t received my pizzas. I tried calling to get an update and they don’t answer the phone. I sent my husband up there. My daughter loves pizza. She mentioned she did not have Pizza Hut in a long time so went ahead and ordered. Our order arrived 50 minutes later. Upon arrival the driver mentioned that he grabbed a different drink because the one we wanted was not available. We called to the store to see what option were available to return or replace the drink. I order from this location all the time..but this is the second time they never delivered my order placed online. On the order tracker it went from received order to in the oven and stuck at freaking in the oven for 47 minutes. When it had been 15 minutes past the time promised I called them and they did not pick up after several attempts of calling them. They never delivered and my family was waiting for it ...had to come up with a quick fix and everyone was 😡😞..
