Best cocktail bar in Houston, by far!
My friends and I went here to celebrate my sister's birthday. Plume is a beautiful new cocktail lounge in the heights. We loved the decor and lovely peacock display when we entered the bar. It was already packed at 8 pm, but we grabbed the last table. Our server Jordan was very friendly and gave us a round of thin mint shots on the house plus my espresso martini was complimentary. Here on a slow night due to inclimate weather. Came for the 1st time for steak night with Amexicun. BUT, great vibes from the patrons. They have top shelf of every catagory of spirits.Bartender Ash knows her stuff & is super cool. Neighborhood bar for me so I will definitely be back.
