“I don't know what everyone's problem is with this location. This is my favorite Popeyes and they always serve me with dignity and respect and a smile. And anyone complaining about the size of the chicken, guess what? They didn't kill them they just fry what they get. Best thing about that is they fry it right. Get over yourself Karens!“

“I had the number 5 classic combo at Popeyes, and it was exceptional! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, bursting with flavor. The biscuit was warm, flaky, and delicious, perfectly complemented by the honey I added. I paired it with an unsweetened tea, which was refreshing and the perfect balance to the meal. I had to stand there and wait until someone looked my way so I could get their attention and I think it was a manager and get plates, more napkins, sporks, honey, and ketchup. “Everytime I come here I always ask for my chicken cooked fresh and they NEVER say no. Yes it might take 15 minutes to get cooked, but just know that you will eat chicken hot and fresh!

“I had a really good experience during my visit this past Sunday. The cashier was very nice, I am not sure what his name was. he looked young and tall, and he handled my order well with barely any mistakes. I can tell he takes his job seriously. The restaurant overall was clean and comfortably cool inside. The food was great. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Stopped by and tried the 6 PC honey lemon pepper with with the Mardi gras dipping sauce. This was my first trying anything other that the 2pc chicken combo. I was pleasantly pleased with the fresh crispness of the wings and the flavor was amazingly good.“

“The food was very good!! What I didn't like is that the cashier was tearing the receipts wrong and was claiming the points/rewards for herself. I forgot to use the app, so I ordered at the counter. When I remembered to claim my purchase on the app, the rewards code that is at the bottom of the receipts wasn't on there. I asked about it then she gave me the piece that was missing, she had several receipt pieces by the register, so I guess that she is doing it to all the customers. When I tried to add my purchase, I got an error message. I guess she took my reward points for herself. I looked for a phone number to try and speak with someone, but there's no number on the receipt.“

“Actually, Popeyes is not a famous brand in Europe where I come from. But when I needed an explanation, the female employee here was very enthusiastic to talk to me even though her English didn't seem too good, but I liked her enthusiasm. The portion of food brought home is affordable, the amount of food is just enough, neither too full nor lacking when eating. There is wheelchair access here, which is a good note from the store for people with disabilities. The space inside was a bit cramped and quite dark. The tables and chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned so I really didn't dare sit. Because this is a rather crowded area, there are many homeless people outside the store, making it feel a bit unsafe when passing here.“

“Such a pleasant Popeyes to go they are really representing the brand well. They have great staff and great energy especially Sarah and Chris they are always so kind and helpful and the manger, forgot to get her name, but she creates such a nice work environment and it reflects in the staff’s positive energy even when they are busy!“

“They have lowest prices I’ve seen so far. A drum/leg, and thigh is $1.79 each. Their customer service could be better though. They are simply doing their job without a smile. Also, make sure to get a receipt since the receipt has coupons!“

“I’ll drive here out of my way to get my chicken over the Woodridge Popeyes. This location it’s always fresh(not dry/old like Woodridge), they have chicken when you order it(unlike Woodridge which never wants to make fresh chicken when you order it- they sneakily give you either the wrong piece of chicken or give you spicy instead of mild), they’re polite(unlike the rude people at Woodridge who talk to you like you’re stupid or are so unhappy they are just rude in general), and finally it’s clean here(unlike Woodridge which smells of trash and filth because no-one ever cleans the dining room).

And we sent her the same message back. And we all left smiling and with hearts full of happiness.
I write this because in today’s world people like this young lady Are a few and far between. I want to recognize her for her all around goodness and kindness
So thank you, Popeyes for employing such a bright, special young lady. And we will definitely be back to support this location Just because of this young ladies, kindness and compassion.
