I am leaving them a 1 star review because I paid $2,925 And due to me switching venue my new venue provides the catering in a package Ral is stating that I am Not due any sort of refund. Two weeks prior to me cancelling he charged me $175 as a date change fee but then stated that i was not due a refund because of the fees. Ral catered my daughter’s wedding and I can’t say enough about the gorgeous presentation, the delicious food and the professionalism of all of his staff! We had so many guests comment to us that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding reception!

We had our wedding at Iron Manor It was catered by Ral’s catering and it was fabulous. The food was served at perfect temperature and it was delicious. All of our guests loved it. We got the Cajun catfish as well as a fabulous chicken dish. The chicken was cooked perfectly. We also had the potatoes and green beans with bacon which were very good as well.
