Refresqueria Tampico offers incredible and cheap snow cones, hotdogs, elote, and Hispanic snack foods. The self-pour salsa and lime set it apart as the best in Houston. The parking is fantastic, but seating is limited, and there are bees in the trashcan. The service is excellent, with sweet and patient older Hispanic ladies. Prices are affordable, and the quality of snacks is top-notch. A variety of treats are available for kids. Overall, it's a great spot to enjoy delicious corn, raspas, and more at a reasonable price. Just remember to bring cash!
