The Bianca pizza is amazing!! There are so many great choices that we’ll have to go back to try more!!
Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen - Polk St. offers a mixed dining experience. While the food is described as "ok, not bad at all", some customers found the service to be excellent, with a "very kind and professional" staff handling orders with care. However, others reported longer than expected wait times for their meals, with a lasagna order taking 40 minutes to be ready. The restaurant is noted for having cauliflower options for low-carb diets, and overall, the staff is described as "nice", though the establishment may be understaffed at times. Despite the varied reviews, one customer found the food "amazing" and praised the server for their hospitality.
