Today was the second time the same employee has taken my order and gotten it wrong. I called to let them know I would be coming back (15min drive) for my correct order AND a refund. I get there and the "manager" refuses to give the the correct order(2 ham and cheese kolaches) AND my money back saying "I can't do that". I tell her this is the SECOND TIME window lady has gotten it wrong giving me sausage instead of ham. I explain it's a HUGE inconvenience to have to drive back...read full review

They don't even deserve the full star. The service was poor. The employees have a problem with listening to what you are trying to order. Then, they don't give you what you ordered. When I called back up there to tell them what had happened, the lady would not listen to me. And then she hung up on me. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. 30YR CUSTOMER LOST!
