Sierra's Taqueria is a charming mom-and-pop shop that serves up delicious Mexican cuisine. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, with the lady at the register and the woman cooking being particularly helpful. They offer a wide range of menu items, including breakfast served all day until 7 pm, such as potato and egg, egg and bacon, barbacoa, and tripas tacos. The tripas are crunchy and flavorful, while the potato and egg taco is a standout. The barbacoa is good but a bit too salty for some. The red sauce is both delicious and spicy. What sets Sierra's apart is the fresh and tasty tortillas, which are a highlight of the dining experience. The service is excellent, with quick wait times and a pleasant atmosphere, making it a highly recommended spot for authentic and flavorful Mexican food.
