We rented scooters to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with friends. Samantha was kind & very helpful with our reservation. Julian & Gabe were helpful as well with explaining the rules & proper use of the scooters. The rental location on Leeland had a very nice setup & we were surprised that we got free tacos as well. We will be back for sure. I would highly recommend this place.
Our second time going to Glyderz World and this time it was to celebrate our son’s 7th birthday with family. Everyone had a great time riding the scooters and they absolutely loved the place!! The service is always great. We had a cake and one of the nice ladies at the front desk noticed, she was kind to ask if we needed to put it in a fridge!! They truly take care of their customers.. thank y’all,, we will continue to come back and our family will too they said!!
In September, I booked a reservation for 4 and paid the deposit for October 14th. The day before we were supposed to go, I got a text message saying that the glyders were being serviced and my reservation would have to be cancelled but to expect a refund in 3-5 days. Here we are 5 weeks later and even after I've called and emailed multiple times to inquire about my refund, I've gotten NO response.
