I went with my daughter and order two sandwiches and we ate and drink our sodas. But what I didn't like is that we can't use the ladies bathroom because the guy who took our order told us that the manager told him not to open the bathroom to anyone. But we just ate there he saw that we order and ate.That's not good that he refuses us not to used the bathroom. How we supposed to wash our hands or use the bathroom??
Food was okay and service okay, nothing outstanding, just the normal service like any sandwich shop. I was disappointed bathrooms were closed. I couldn't even wash my hands. Employee said it wasn't working. There were no out of order signs posted. I asked what was wrong and she said she didn't know.What do they do if they need to use? Sara is always in a bad mood. I been here couple of times and always change the way I order my sub( double heat the meat longer) and when she is confronted she gets mad and rude saying "it's still the same" then she counts the ingredients. In a 6inch sub you will only get two of any topping or ingredients you want they count them and charge extra if you say you want an extra jalapeno
