Subway is known for its friendly staff and great service, with one employee, Cooper, receiving special praise for his professionalism and efficiency during busy times. Customers appreciate the ultimate munchies meal, but some have pointed out issues with dining in, particularly regarding the attitude of a staff member when asked for a basket. Despite this, the small team has been recognized for their hard work, especially during challenging circumstances like storms. Overall, the restaurant offers a solid experience with tasty sandwiches, though some improvements in customer interaction may be needed.
