Some staff employees at the 5230 Griggs Rd. location, are not washing their hands between serving each customer!When I requested that staff employee to wash their hands before serving me. They said they do not have to. Very unsanitary!
I visited this location for the first time today. As I walked in, there was a guy behind the counter starting to checking the temperature of the meat. He put it in the cold cuts, then he moved on to the pastrami, then to the other meats without cleaning the probe. And to finish it off, he tested the tuna and then the roast beef and once he finished, he wiped the probe with a napkin then he put it away. I'm glad he did the cold cuts first. I like Subway, but when I visited there was a guy checking the temperature of the meat. He checked the cold cuts first, then he went on to check the Tuna and the others. But as he was checking, he never once cleaned that probe in between checks! I went in for a cold cut combo. Glad he checked that first. I won't return. I think I'll start making my own cold cut combo!
