I did an online pick up order and when I got home both of my sandwiches had the incorrect toppings. They switched the toppings in my sandwiches so they had my meatball marinara with the toppings that I had for my Philly cheesesteak and same vice versa. So I had a dry Philly cheesesteak with PARMESAN CHEESE! I wfh so I was unable to go back and get them fixed. How hard is it to follow directions from a paper?
The girl who made my sandwich was rude as I greeted her with a smile .. ask her to give me a second to order and she rushed me bye yelling YES .. also burned my bread completely to the point the cheese and bread is burnt.. just poor customer service even when I say light lettuce piled it on my sandwich in my face .. and the location isn’t answering for me to get my refund !
