I was a bit bummed out the first time I came here because the truck had electrical issues so was close for business but I think it made my want for a burrito stronger. I came the second time around a few weeks later and luckily they were open this time. I will admit that I went a little hard in the paint the night prior so I was looking for some sustenance in the morning the next day. We stopped by La Esquina for breakfast. La Esquina where have you been in my life?! This food truck spot is a gem that provides a quality meal on a budget. My girl and I have been fans since the first time we chomped down on a Thursday Torta/quesadilla special. The young lady who took our order was friendly and did a great job of selling the special.
