The food simply delicious.
Great food. Got the combo platter and it was enough for dinner and some leftovers for breakfast as well. Staff isn’t too proficient in English, but enough where communication isn’t too much of an issue.
As a Mexican, I don’t hand out taco compliments easily… but these? 🌮🔥 Absolutely incredible. The service was amazing, the tacos were packed with flavor, and the lemonade hit the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

TACO MEZQUITE is one of the best Mexican food places in the area, with new owners and better food. The service was amazing, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. The tacos are packed with flavor, especially the excellent breakfast tacos on fresh homemade tortillas. Everything tried has been good or great, with decent prices and lots of options. Specific meals mentioned include fried chicken tacos, beefs tacos, seafood, cervichi tostados, a bowl of goat stew, and the parillada with tender and flavorful meat. The lemonade hit the spot. The prices were reasonable; an entire meal for four was about $50. Customers can order tacos a la carte for the same price. One reviewer noted the avocado felt water and no spice in the salsa, suggesting a little more improvement. The place was empty on a Saturday night, but the food was quite good.
