We drive all the way from The Woodlands to eat here...it is that good!!! You can really measure the quality of a Mexican restaurant by their tacos al pastor. One word: amazing!! Everything is superb here. Worth the drive from anywhere.
The food was good and seemed authentic. The service was fast and attentive. The atmosphere is loud, so to me that’s authentic as well. Plus they have a bakery with many if the traditional Mexican treats. The restaurant is a bit run down and old.

The cook was super friendly and nice. He was talking to me like he had been knowing me for forever... He let me try the Salvadoran drink that reminds me of the the Nicaraguan drink Pinolío. Yum!! I had 3 pork and cheese pupusas and they were delicioso!!!!!! A little hole in the wall that offers a familial environment.
