The Dogwood offers a friendly atmosphere with a good beer selection and music. The food, while tasting good, does not have a unique selection and the chicken tenders and gravy were found to be bland. Service is commendable, especially from Melissa, who handled a large group exceptionally. It is a great spot for happy hour and has a prime location for waiting out traffic. The brunch menu is worth trying.
