I have been here a handful of times and never had an issue. However today, there we're about 10 people in the lobby. It's peak business time for a fro-yo place. So why did I stand at the cash register for over 5 minutes waiting to pay, as my ice cream melted? The lady even walked out from the back, looked me in my eyes and waved.
